We do not keep your images

Your photo and every generated try-on image stay in your browser. They are sent to the AI image model only to produce the requested preview, and they are not written to our servers, our database, or any storage bucket. We keep no copies, no backups and no archive of your face, your uploads or your results. Closing or refreshing the tab clears them permanently — please download anything you want to keep.

Face data

The only face data we handle is the single photograph you choose to take or upload, which contains your face. We do not create or store a faceprint, face template, face geometry, face mesh or any other biometric identifier, and we do not perform face recognition, identification or matching of any kind. We do not use TrueDepth, ARKit face tracking or any biometric API.

That photo is used for one purpose only: to generate the virtual try-on image you requested. It is transmitted to Google's generative image API solely to produce that render, and to no other third party. It is never sold, never used for advertising, never used to build a profile, and never used to train our own models.

Retention: your photo and the generated render are never written to our servers, our database or any storage bucket. They exist only in memory for the seconds needed to produce the render, and are discarded immediately afterwards — retention on our systems is zero. In our iPhone and iPad app, your photo and finished renders are saved only on your own device, in the app's private storage, so you can revisit them in History; they are deleted when you delete the item or delete the app, and they are never uploaded to us. On the website they live only in your browser for the current session.

AI processing and your consent

Try-on images are generated by Google's generative image API. The only data sent to that provider is the photo you selected and the product image from the frames link. No name, email address, contacts, location or device identifiers are sent with it.

In our iPhone and iPad app, nothing is sent until you give permission. Before you can take or select a try-on photo, a one-time photo-guidance screen explains what is sent, names Google as the recipient and asks you to tap “Accept & Continue.” Choosing “Not now” returns without selecting or sending a photo. You can withdraw permission at any time under Help > Privacy & AI, after which the notice appears again before your next try-on.

How we collect this data

  • Your photo: collected only when you choose to take it with the camera or select it from your photo library — one photo per try-on, never in the background.
  • The frames link: collected when you paste it, search for it, or tap a product in Shop.
  • Your network address (IP): collected automatically with your request, used only to count free and purchased credits and to limit abuse.
  • Purchase details: collected by Apple (in-app purchases) or Stripe (on the website) when you buy credits.

What we do process

  • The product URL you paste, so we can read the public product page and its images.
  • Your network address (IP), used only to count free and purchased try-on credits and to limit abuse.
  • If you buy credits: your name, email and payment details are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We store only your name, email, amount and the Stripe transaction reference so the purchase can be honored. We never see or store card numbers.

Third parties

Images are processed by Google's generative AI API to create the preview, and payments are handled by Stripe (website) or Apple (in-app purchases). We share data with these providers only under terms that require them to protect it to a standard equal to or greater than this policy, to use it solely to perform the service requested, and not to use your images to train their models. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly process their images.
